Fixed Telnet issue when using Qemu Ubuntu 18.04:

1. You can either use VNC or Telnet from GNS3.

And using vnc mode you can switch between different TTYs by pressing CTRL+ALT+Fn keys.

2. You can ssh from external network by adding the cloud and use X11.
